Our almond slicing machine, together with an almond peeling machine and a pillow-type packaging machine, has been fully manufactured. They were inspected and loaded for shipment to Austria, providing a complete solution for the client’s almond deep processing production.

Customer background and processing requirements

The customer is a professional nut processing enterprise located in Austria, mainly engaged in the deep processing and sales of almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and other nuts. Their products are sold to supermarkets, bakeries, food processing factories and catering channels across Europe.

With the increasing market demand for sliced almonds, peeled almonds and packaged nut products, the customer hoped to integrate processing procedures, improve production efficiency and product quality. So they purchased a complete set of almond processing equipment from us to realize one-stop processing from raw material to finished product.

Almond slicing machine performance and trial test

This almond slicing machine features stable performance, uniform slicing thickness and high output, fully meeting the customer’s mass production needs. Made of food-grade stainless steel, it conforms to European food safety standards.

Before delivery, we carried out a full trial run with actual almonds. The sliced products were uniform in thickness, smooth in cut surface and free of breakage, achieving an ideal processing effect.

At the same time, the supporting almond peeling machine and pillow-type packaging machine were also tested to ensure coordinated and stable operation of the whole line.

After-sales service and support

We will provide the Austrian customer with remote installation guidance, operation training, equipment maintenance guidance, and long-term technical support.

We will also assist in equipment commissioning to ensure the stable operation of the entire almond processing line, helping customers improve production efficiency and expand market competitiveness.
