Our 3-head weigher pneumatic packaging machine has been fully packaged and shipped to Nigeria. As a repeat long-term client, the customer purchased this machine for automatic packaging of various dried culinary herbs, realizing standardized and high-speed herb packaging production.

Customer background & packaging requirements

The Nigerian customer is a local food seasoning processor and our loyal old client. He specializes in processing and selling dried edible herbs, including thyme, oregano, rosemary and basil, supplying local supermarkets, restaurants and seasoning distributors.

To upgrade manual packaging procedures and unify product packaging specifications, he customized our pneumatic packaging machine with full supporting accessories.

The customer’s targeted packaging standards: 5g and 50g packaging weight, matched with 90×160mm and 120×160mm back-seal bags, respectively, with a stable packaging speed of 25 bags per minute. He also ordered multiple extra-specification bag formers to support flexible production.

Note: The machine requires an external air compressor for operation.

Machine packaging and shipment scene

The whole weigher packaging machine and all customized bag formers and accessories were wrapped with waterproof and shockproof film, and packed in standard export wooden cases.

All equipment was firmly fixed in the container to avoid collision and moisture damage during long-distance sea transportation to Nigeria. The entire loading process was strictly standardized and fully recorded.
