Our full set of peanut butter making line equipment, including peanut shellers, roasters, dry peelers, and peanut paste grinding machines, has been packed and shipped to Ghana, supporting local peanut deep-processing production.
Customer background & production demands
The Ghanaian customer operates a local nut food manufacturing factory, focusing on mass production and wholesale of edible peanut butter for local supermarkets, street vendors and catering businesses.
To expand production capacity and replace inefficient manual processing, he purchased 6 units of each processing machine to build an independent peanut butter production workshop, covering the whole workflow from raw peanut shelling to fine peanut paste grinding.
Peanut butter making line configuration & performance
This complete peanut butter making line consists of four matched core machines with detailed parameters as below:
- SLH-800 Peanut Shelling Machine: power: 2.2KW, output: 600-800KG/H, peeling rate ≥98%, damage rate ≤2.0%, size: 1400x900x1600mm, net weight: 160KG
- SLR-50 Torréfacteur d'arachide: 220V 50Hz, 1.1KW transmission power, 50KG per batch, wood & gas dual heating, carbon steel structure, dimension: 1800x1050x1320mm
- Peanut Dry Peeling Machine: total power 0.37+0.55KW, capacity 100-200KG/H, weight 110KG, compact size 1180×500×1100mm
- SL-80 Peanut Paste Grinding Colloid Mill: 380V three-phase 4KW power, hourly output 50KG, size 600x410x930mm, weight: 150KG.
All machines form a continuous production flow to produce smooth, high-quality peanut butter.
Machine packaging & container loading scene
All 24 machines (6 sets for each model) were wrapped with waterproof and shockproof film, spare parts and cutting accessories packed into separate export wooden cases. The equipment was fixed firmly inside shipping containers to avoid damage during long ocean transportation to Ghana. Complete loading photos are available for reference.
On-site installation & technical support
After the equipment arrives at the client’s factory, our technical team will provide remote step-by-step installation guidance, machine debugging and operator training. We will assist the customer in connecting all machines into a complete production line and conduct trial runs to guarantee stable peanut butter output.
