The Congolese customer operates a local food\u2011processing factory focusing on nut snack production. Peanuts are widely cultivated in surrounding regions, and ready\u2011to\u2011eat fried peanut snacks have huge local market demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before purchasing this automated line, the customer mainly adopted scattered small machines and heavy manual work. Manual operation brought inconsistent finished\u2011taste quality and limited daily output. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This peanut frying processing line consists of sorting, lifting, frying, de\u2011oiling, and seasoning units. Most food-contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel to satisfy food\u2011safety standards. Main equipment specifications are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dimension 1250\u00d71400\u00d71750\u202fmm, 2\u202fmm thick 304 stainless steel. Note: matching air compressor needs to be prepared by customer locally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Seasoning Machine: Batch capacity:20\u202fkg per batch; power 1.5\u202fkW, 220V 50Hz single\u2011phase. Dimension 1350\u00d71000\u00d71700\u202fmm, weight 100\u202fkg. Food\u2011contact sections use 1.2\u202fmm thick 304 stainless steel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Pre\u2011shipment testing and technical communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    During early\u2011stage communication, our engineers confirmed the customer’s raw material situation, factory power supply, and target production volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The complete peanut frying processing line went through full\u2011load running inspection in our workshop. We checked sorting efficiency, frying temperature control, de\u2011oiling performance, and seasoning mixing effect. Test videos and photos were sent for the customer’s final approval before packing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Export packing and container loading on\u2011site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    All machines received anti\u2011rust and dust\u2011proof treatment before packing. Control cabinets, heating components and precision screen parts were wrapped with multi\u2011layer shock\u2011proof protective materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
