Customer background and peanut‑processing requirements

The Congolese customer operates a local food‑processing factory focusing on nut snack production. Peanuts are widely cultivated in surrounding regions, and ready‑to‑eat fried peanut snacks have huge local market demand.

Before purchasing this automated line, the customer mainly adopted scattered small machines and heavy manual work. Manual operation brought inconsistent finished‑taste quality and limited daily output.

To expand snack product lines and cut labor costs, the client decided to invest in a full peanut frying processing line solution. After reviewing technical parameters and equipment operation videos, the customer confirmed the full‑set order.

Main configuration of the peanut frying processing line

This peanut frying processing line consists of sorting, lifting, frying, de‑oiling, and seasoning units. Most food-contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel to satisfy food‑safety standards. Main equipment specifications are as follows:

  1. TZ‑1000 Electric Heating فرائینگ مشین: Batch capacity: 50 kg per batch; power 40 kW, 380V 50Hz three‑phase power. Frying area 1000×800 mm. Dimension 1400×1100×1700 mm, constructed with 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel.
  2. Bottom‑discharge De‑oiling Machine: Batch capacity: 40‑50 kg per batch; power 1.5 kW, 380V 50Hz three‑phase. Dimension 1250×1400×1750 mm, 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel. Note: matching air compressor needs to be prepared by customer locally.
  3. Seasoning Machine: Batch capacity:20 kg per batch; power 1.5 kW, 220V 50Hz single‑phase. Dimension 1350×1000×1700 mm, weight 100 kg. Food‑contact sections use 1.2 mm thick 304 stainless steel.
  4. Bucket Hoist Elevator: Power 1.1 kW, 380V 50Hz three‑phase. Dimension 600×600×1400 mm. Equipped with 304 stainless steel hoppers and PVC conveyor belt for material transfer.
  5. TZ‑3 Peanut Sorting Machine: Three-layer sieve structure, capacity 200‑400 kg/h. Power 1.1 kW, 380V 50Hz three‑phase. Dimension 2360×800×1530 mm, weight 300 kg. Hopper, sieve body and sieve frame are made of 304 stainless steel.

Spare accessories are also supplied: extra heating tubes for frying machine and additional replacement sieves for sorting machine.

Pre‑shipment testing and technical communication

During early‑stage communication, our engineers confirmed the customer’s raw material situation, factory power supply, and target production volume.

The complete peanut frying processing line went through full‑load running inspection in our workshop. We checked sorting efficiency, frying temperature control, de‑oiling performance, and seasoning mixing effect. Test videos and photos were sent for the customer’s final approval before packing.

Export packing and container loading on‑site

All machines received anti‑rust and dust‑proof treatment before packing. Control cabinets, heating components and precision screen parts were wrapped with multi‑layer shock‑proof protective materials.

Main equipment units and loose spare accessories were separately packed into standard export wooden boxes with clear labels. All goods were firmly fixed inside the container to prevent collision damage during long‑distance sea transportation.
