Our 50kg/h multifunctional gas heating nut roaster with a full 304 stainless steel drum has completed factory testing and container loading. It was exported to Saudi Arabia for mass corn roasting processing.
Customer background and production needs
The Saudi customer runs a local grain and snack processing factory. They mainly produce roasted corn snacks for supermarkets and street food retailers across the region.
Manual small-scale roasting could not meet their growing order volume, so they purchased our gas-powered roaster to upgrade to automatic continuous roasting production.

Machine packaging and loading shipment site
The whole roaster machine was wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof, and anti-collision protective film. All gas fittings, control parts, and spare components were packed in independent export cartons.
Workers secured the machine tightly inside the shipping container to prevent collision damage during long ocean transit to Saudi Arabia. Clear loading scene photos are available for reference.
