We have completed the packaging and container loading of two sets of dry peanut skin removing machine for our customer in Tanzania. This order includes the HT-2 and HT-3 peanut peeling models, which will help the client upgrade their peanut kernel and peanut butter production. About the Tanzania customer
This client owns a medium-scale peanut processing factory in Tanzania. They harvest and process local peanuts to manufacture clean peanut kernels and peanut butter for domestic retail and regional trade.
Their old peeling method relied heavily on manual labor, which limited daily output and raised production costs. To expand their processing capacity, the customer sourced two dry type peanut skin removing machines from us to automate the peanut peeling process.
Dry peanut skin removing machine overview
This shipment includes two models of dry peanut peeling equipment: HT-2 and HT-3 dry type peanut skin removing machine.
- The HT-2 unit comes with 8 rollers, with a processing capacity of 400-500kg per hour.
- The HT-3 model is equipped with 12 rollers, capable of handling 600-750kg peanuts hourly.
Both machines work with dry peeling technology without adding water. The hopper and main machine frame adopt 201 stainless steel, complying with food processing standards.
Packing and container loading on-site
Before packing, our team completed a full inspection and test run of the dry peanut skin removing machine. Each unit was carefully wrapped and secured to avoid scratches and impact damage during sea freight. We captured photos of the whole container loading process to record the shipment of the peanut processing equipment.
