Cocoa Bean Colloid Mill & Hydraulic Oil Press Shipped to DRC
Recently, our cocoa bean colloid mill, matched with a hydraulic oil press, completed factory testing, export packing, and full container loading, then shipped to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We took complete on-site photos to record the whole shipment process of this cocoa processing equipment set.
Customer background and cocoa business plan
The client from Congo Kinshasa is a new entrepreneur in local cocoa processing. He just launched cocoa raw material production and plans to expand into handmade chocolate manufacturing in the near future.
The customer previously owned a small cocoa grinding device with limited output. After technical communication, we recommended our high-output cocoa bean colloid mill to upgrade his production capacity.

He learned that cocoa beans cannot be pressed directly. The complete workflow requires fine grinding by the cocoa bean grinding machine first to make cocoa liquor, then oil extraction via a hydraulic oil press to separate cocoa butter.
Cocoa bean colloid mill and oil press test & performance
This cocoa bean grinding colloid mill perfectly fits the client’s cocoa processing flow, paired with the hydraulic cocoa oil extractor:
- High-output moulin colloïdal en acier inoxydable: crushes cocoa beans evenly into delicate cocoa liquor, laying the foundation for high oil yield.
- Hydraulic oil press: extracts pure cocoa butter from ground cocoa paste with stable pressure.
- All food contact parts use food-grade stainless steel, meeting cocoa food production standards.
The customer visited our factory to test the whole set with his own cocoa raw materials. He ran the hydraulic oil press on-site and was fully satisfied with stable operation and ideal oil extraction effect.

Full communication & factory inspection process
At the early negotiation stage, we explained the professional cocoa processing technology to the client in detail.
We clearly told him the necessary matching of cocoa bean colloid mill and hydraulic oil press for cocoa butter production.
To verify machine quality, the customer made a special trip to our factory. We arranged real material test runs for the hydraulic oil press using his cocoa beans. The excellent processing result won his full recognition of our equipment quality.
Equipment packaging & shipment on-site
Workers wrapped the cocoa bean colloid mill and hydraulic oil press with multi-layer waterproof and shockproof protective film. Precision grinding components and hydraulic parts were separately packed into solid export wooden cases.

All machines were tightly fixed inside the shipping container to avoid collision damage during long-distance sea transport. Every loading step was fully photographed for the client’s reference.
