The entire peanut butter processing line process is as follows:

  1. Raw material conveyance: peanuts are automatically transported via elevators to cleaning or roasting equipment, ensuring hygienic and efficient material transfer.
  2. Peanut roasting: the ピーナッツロースター uniformly heats peanuts with automatically adjustable temperatures ranging from 0-300°C, fully enhancing aroma and facilitating shelling.
  3. Peanut shelling: roasted peanuts enter the peeling machine, where gentle friction and airflow separate kernels from red skins, achieving high shelling rates while preserving intact peanut particles.
  4. Manual sorting: operators visually inspect peeled peanuts at sorting stations, removing residual skins, burnt or discolored kernels to ensure consistent raw material quality.
  5. Peanut grinding: sorted peanuts enter the nut butter machine, ground into smooth peanut butter with adjustable particle size (2-100μm) as required.
