The client is a traditional candy processing enterprise with years of experience. They primarily produce Middle Eastern snacks like peanut candy and sesame candy, supplying local wholesale markets and small supermarkets in neighboring countries. With order volumes increasing annually, they planned to introduce a complete peanut candy production line to achieve scaled-up processing.

Communication and solution confirmation

During preliminary discussions, the client prioritized the production line’s overall compatibility, operational workflow continuity, and suitability for processing high-viscosity peanut candy.

Based on the client’s production capacity requirements and facility constraints, we configured a peanut brittle production line encompassing sugar boiling, ingredient mixing, molding, and cutting processes.

Multiple rounds of confirmation were conducted regarding voltage standards, equipment layout, and packaging details to ensure seamless installation and operation upon arrival.

Shipping of peanut candy production line

Upon completion, the equipment underwent protective packaging and was crated according to export requirements. The entire peanut candy bar production line has been successfully shipped to the port in Lebanon, ready for the client’s upcoming production schedule.
