Our complete pistachio butter filling line, including paste filler, capper, and aluminum foil sealer, is fully tested and loaded for shipment to Australia, customized for 230g granular & smooth pistachio butter packaging.

Customer background and packaging requirements

The Australian buyer is a local nut food processor launching bottled pistachio butter in two textures: smooth and with particles.

They adopt glass bottles (80mm height, 65mm diameter) fitted with 70mm plastic caps and inner aluminum foil seals. To upgrade packaging efficiency, they ordered this full automatic filling line with heating and stirring function.

Equipment highlights of pistachio butter filling line

This pistachio butter filling line consists of three matched machines:

  1. 4-head piston paste filling machine: built-in heating & stirring system, filling accuracy ≤±1%, stable quantitative filling for 230g pistachio butter.
  2. Automatic capping machine: fits the 70mm plastic caps and runs at high capping speed.
  3. Electromagnetic foil sealing machine: tightly seals bottle mouths for moisture resistance and longer shelf life.

All devices adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, perfectly matching the customer’s bottle specifications.

Equipment packaging and loading scene

Each machine was wrapped with waterproof and shockproof film and packed in export wooden cases.

At the loading site, the whole line was securely fixed inside the container to avoid damage during long sea transit. On-site shipment photos are available for reference.
