Машина для упаковки арахиса отправлена в Бельгию
We completed the production of a peanut planter machine and shipped it to Belgium. This machine will be used by a customer engaged in groundnut planting and deep processing, to help him achieve efficient, integrated operation from planting to product sales.
Brief introduction of customer background
- The customer not only owns more than 50 hectares of contiguous farmland for large-scale peanut cultivation, but also has established its own processing plant.
- The factory mainly produces high value-added snacks such as coated peanuts, mainly for the middle and high-end markets in the European Union.
- Belgium has a temperate maritime climate with frequent rainfall in the spring, and peanut cultivation faces natural challenges such as high humidity and difficulty in seedling emergence.

Demand analysis for the machine
- Belgium’s agricultural labor costs are high, and the traditional manual seeding method requires more than 5 people to complete the operation of 1 hectare.
- Due to the rainy spring, local peanut seeds are often soaked and rotted, resulting in a seedling emergence rate of less than 70%.
- The customer wanted a new machine that could create a favorable sowing environment and improve the seedling emergence rate and uniformity, so as to ensure the stability and high quality of the raw materials needed for processing.
Solution of peanut planter machine
- This equipment can complete six operations at once: seeding, planting, fertilizing, spraying, mulching and compaction, saving more than 80% of labor input.
- The sowing process does not require artificial seedling picking, and truly realizes mechanization and standardized operation.
- Adopting separate suspension design to ensure consistent sowing depth, even if the terrain is undulating, the seeds can fall into the ideal depth evenly (error ≤ 1cm).
- This peanut planter machine has the innovative design of “covering the film before punching holes”, which can effectively block the soil water during the rainy season and improve the micro-environment of seed germination.
- The equipment adopts a drive shaft instead of the traditional chain structure, which can withstand more than 200 hours of continuous operation per year and adapt to the centralized sowing period from April to June in Belgium.
