Our single peanut granule cutting machine has finished factory debugging, packaging, and container loading, successfully exported to Kenya to support local peanut snack processing production.

Customer background and production demand

The Kenyan customer runs a local peanut food processing factory, mainly producing roasted peanut granules for snacks, bakery, and seasoning industries.

With growing market demand for different sizes of peanut dices, the customer needed stable automatic cutting equipment. They picked our machine for its adjustable sieves and suitable 100-200kg/h small output to match their factory scale.

Core parameters of peanut granule cutting machine

This peanut cutting machine comes with complete standard configurations:

  • Processing capacity: 100-200kg/h
  • Overall dimension: 1600*800*1500mm
  • Machine weight: 250kg
  • Matching sieves: 4mm and 6mm for two common granule sizes

It runs smoothly with a uniform cutting effect, easy to replace sieves to switch peanut particle specifications, and simple daily cleaning for food production standards. Strict trial cutting tests were completed before shipment.

Machine packaging and loading shipment scene

The whole peanut granule cutting machine was wrapped with a multi-layer waterproof and shockproof protective film, then packed into an export solid wooden case.

At the loading site, workers hoisted and fixed the machine firmly inside the container to prevent collision damage during long-distance sea transportation to Kenya. Real photos of the packaging and loading process are attached for reference.
