Our cashew nut grading machines can sort nuts into 3–4 grades based on width or size in a single pass, achieving standardized and precise sorting.

Multi-roll cashew nut grading machine

The multi-roll cashew grading machine employs a multi-roll gap adjustment structure. It consists of upper, middle, and lower multi-layer grading rolls, which respectively output large kernels, medium kernels, and small kernels. By adjusting the gap between each roll layer, precise grading of cashew kernel width is achieved, offering clear grading standards and flexible adjustment.

Drum-type cashew grading machine

The drum-type cashew nut grading machine features a segmented drum with a fixed-gap grading structure, comprising a drive system, drum assembly, and frame. As material advances within the drum, it undergoes sequential grading based on different gap sizes, ensuring a clear grading sequence and high throughput.

Typically, the machine first separates broken kernels, then sequentially screens:
