The model shipped this time is the TZ-1000 peanut butter filling machine, which uses a combination of pneumatic control and servo motors to achieve efficient and precise filling of high-viscosity materials such as peanut butter.
The equipment is suitable for bottles with a mouth diameter greater than 4mm and a height between 50-350mm, capable of filling approximately 900 to 2400 bottles per hour, significantly improving production efficiency.
Technical highlights of the machine
- The machine is equipped with 4 filling heads, with a filling range of 100-1000ml, and an error control of ±1% or less.
